Stevenson Consulting, Inc. is a full-service engineering consulting firm serving the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of the US since 1984. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Development team in Ashland, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Typing and preparation of proposals
• Maintain electronic filing system
• Compile reports utilizing Adobe Standard for email distribution to client
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party
• Assist other employees and offices as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing 55+ wpm
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
• Deltek Vision and/or CRM experience a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing to meet workload deadlines
• Organized and detail oriented
• Prior experience in the construction industry a plus
